CBT&A Level 4 (Competency-Based Training and Assessment) is a nationally recognized certification in Bangladesh. It qualifies individuals to act as competent trainers and assessors within the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. The program is overseen by the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA).
